Circumstances in which RJM Care Services may Terminate Services
The following are circumstance in which RJM Care could consider termination of services:
- If RJM Care agrees that it is unable to fulfil its contractual obligations required to meet the needs of its client.
- In the case where care workers or other staff are abused, physically, verbally, emotionally, racially or sexually.
- If any concerns are raised about health or safety of nurses by virtue of the environment in which the care is being delivered.
- Incompetent co-operation by service user or relatives or representatives during the care review process.
- Where there is inadequate co-operation by service user or relatives or representatives with care delivery including where appropriate, the use of equipment necessary to promote safe moving and handling of the service user.
- Inadequate co-operation by client with administrative requirements, e.g signing receipts in financial transaction.
- Where there is inadequate co-operation by service user or relatives or representatives with care delivery including where appropriate, the use of equipment necessary to promote safe moving and handling of the service user.
- Inadequate co-operation by client with administrative requirements, e.g signing receipts in financial transaction.
- Absurd requests by service user, such as tasks that are not included in the care plan, or assistance with medication or treatments that are not permitted.
- Unreasonable arrangements for payment of invoices by the service user or representative.
- Decline to any degree of fees reviews on a periodic basis.
- Concerns about safety of nurses while travelling to the service users house or organisation.
